Refund policy
At Esefine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Eligibility & Hygiene Conditions Due to the nature of the Facial Lymph Brush, which is a personal care and hygiene tool, we can only accept returns if the item is in its original, pristine condition:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

All tags, seals, and protective films must be intact.

The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: If the product has been used or the original seal is broken, we cannot accept a return due to health and hygiene regulations.
Return Process To start a return, contact us at EsefineSupport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at EsefineSupport@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for verified manufacturing defects.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items As a beauty and personal care brand, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The most efficient way to get what you need is to return the unused item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must still meet the hygiene requirements: it must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the inspection confirms the item is in its original, unopened condition, the refund will be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
